Cancellations Cancellations received before noon hotel time on the first day of your reservation are treated as follows:
"book now" reservations: you lose the amount paid (it is retained by the booking system and we do not receive it);
reservations guaranteed with a deposit: you lose the deposit; and
- reservations guaranteed with a credit card: no charge
Cancellations received after noon hotel time on the first day of your reservation are treated as follows:
"book now" reservations: if cancelled after noon or not at all, you lose the amount paid and we charge you for the first night;
reservations guaranteed with a deposit: you lose the deposit;
reservations guaranteed with a credit card: we charge you for the first night.
Cancellation of apartment bookings are charged at the deposit if received within one month of the reservation. The deposit for the apartment is 70€ per week.
In all cases, we will refund any payments received by us, less an administration charge, if we obtain another client for your booking. Please note that we do not receive the money paid by you using the "book now" facility and therefore do not refund this.
This cancellation policy only applies to bookings made through this website; in some cases bookings made with us via other websites impose much stricter cancellation policies.
Children Children under 12 may stay in their parents' room without charge within the room maximum. In general our room maximum for ensuite double and triple rooms is 3 people plus one infant but it is only 2 people plus one infant in our non-ensuite rooms. We must be notified of children and infants as well as adults at the time of booking.
Pets We regret that we are unable to cater for pets; if you have a pet get in touch as we can usually recommend alternative local accommodation.
